1. Do I need to setup an account to place an order?
You can shop at Insignia.com.pk either by registering with us or using a guest account.

2. How do I select items to purchase?
As you browse through the Insignia.com.pk click on the Add to Cart button for the items that you wish to purchase.

3. How do I place an order on Insignia Website?
Once your desired item is added to the shopping cart just click on the shopping cart icon on the top right corner and select proceed to checkout. You can either checkout as a Guest or you can sign up to get latest updates. To check out, please provide details, select the payment method and then select place order button. Upon completion, you will receive a verification code. Enter verification code in the given section and your order will be verified.

4. Will my order be placed if I don’t send the code?
Your order will be placed. However, our customer care representative will call you 09:00AM to 05:00PM for order verification.

5. What are your payment options?
You can only purchase your items through COD (cash on delivery) or easy paisa service.

6. How much does shipping cost?
Free delivery is provided upon purchase over Rs.3000 (Rupees Three thousand). For purchases less than that delivery cost of Rs.100 (Rupees Hundred) is charged.

7. What are your Delivery Areas?
We deliver all over Pakistan through courier services.

8. Can I change or cancel my order?
If you realize you've made a mistake while placing your order or want to update your order, please contact us immediately on this no 0423 2500972.

9. How is my order shipped?
Orders are shipped from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Any order placed on Saturday or Sunday will be shipped on the following week.

10. How can I track my delivery?
Once your order is placed, an automatic customer order number is generated and communicated to customer via SMS or Email. Once the order is being picked by the courier company containing the tracking number of your order. You will be informed by an SMS.

11. How long does it take for my order to reach me?
We will endeavor to deliver orders within 3 to 7 working days subject to provision of a valid address within Pakistan. However, force majeure events might cause delay or disruption in deliveries.

12. What happens if I receive a damaged product/item?
Please contact us on 0423 2500972 so, our Customer Care Representative will assist you accordingly.

13. What if the product is Out of Stock?
If the Product is shown out of stock. Please contact on this number 0423 2500972 so, we will try our best to arrange it for you.
